Brilliant water like colour with greenish tinged edges. Aromas of green pear and Granny Smith apple infused with fresh herbs are followed by some flinty mineral notes. The refreshing palate sports crunchy pear, green apple and lime fruits which overlay a subtle stony mineral back drop. Nicely textured it finishes dry and fresh with a crisp, fruit driven aftertaste.
