Brilliant water like colour with a subtle tinge of green to the edges. Lime and green apple scents bounce out of the glass followed by fresh herb and stony mineral notes. Light and crunchy the palate has a delicate flavour profile of lime and granny smith apple fruits over a stony mineral back drop. Finishes dry and crisp with subtle infusions of fresh herbs flowing onto the taut racy aftertaste.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
