Brilliant pale straw colour with a subtle greenish tinge around the outskirts and a watery hue. Nosing offers up white peach and dried honey aromas which intermix with biscuity nougat and gun flint notes. Rich, fleshy textured white peach and dried honey flavours show ample concentration across the mid weighted palate. Lying underneath are notions of spicy biscuit, nougat and infusions of gun flint. Good freshness with a long cream tinged finish.
