Dense inky black heart with a deep dark purple hue. Wafting through the nose are dark plum, ripe blueberry and liquorice scents which are trailed by some vanillin oak, fennel and pepper notes. Rich dark plum, liquorice and ripe blueberry fruits carry a plump feel backed by ample freshness. Spicy vanillin cedar, fennel and pepper characters ensue. Polished tannins concluding lusciously fruited, bright and long.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.

A blend of shiraz from the Eden and Barossa valleys aged in seasoned oak for 14 months. Deep crimson with a purple edge and aromas of plush plum and macerated black berry fruits. Hints of baking spices, licorice, marzipan, candied citrus rind, violets, earth and mocha complete the picture. It sports a velvety fruit profile with plenty of slinky depth and latent horsepower, ripe tannins that melt into the wine and a rolling spiced plum finish. Great value. Drink by 2028.
