2021 Bouchard Pere & Fils Beaune Clos de la Mousse Monopole

Juicy red fruits with a supple mid palate feel and savoury conclusion.

Dark red in colour with black toned edges and a light red hue. Lifted sour to red cherry scents intermingle with winter strawberry, subtle rhubarb, earth, dried herb and vanillin spice notes. The palate is quite juicy with raspberry, red cherry and strawberry fruits to the fore. Some rhubarb, brambly earth and spicy dried herb elements follow on. Supple mid palate feel with a relatively polished tannin structure. Savoury medium to long conclusion.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
