2021 Balestri Valda Soave Classico

Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of pear and red apple drift from the glass followed by some lime, fresh herb and wet stone notes. Intense pear and red apple fruits have a river stone like textural feel with some lime and slatey mineral elements lying underneath. Finishes dry and racy with crisp acidity and a long refreshing stony mineral laced aftertaste.
Drink over the next year.
