Brilliant pale straw colour with highlights of green around the edges and a watery hue. Pear and green apple aromas are followed by hints of lime, fresh herbs and wet stone. Delicious pear and red apple fruits slide across the palate with a slippery textural feel underpinned by brisk acidity.
