Dark red black tinged colour with a dark red hue. Intense spicy dark raspberry and plum scents infused with incense meld into liquorice, earth and dried herb notes. Juicy morello cherry, plum and red liquorice fruits overlay infusions of fresh herbs, earthy incense like characters and spice. Slightly chewy tannins with bright acidity and a slightly rustic yet savoury conclusion.
