Made from a blend of Mataro and Grenache grapes. Translucent pale salmon pink tinged colour. Fragrant raspberry, peach and musk scents drift through the nostrils followed by some light citrus and spice. Delicious raspberry, water melon and peach fruits overlay a subtlety spiced back drop. Supplely textured it finishes dry with snappy acidity and a lingering aftertaste that features a stony mineral accent.
