2021 Animale Pinot Noir

Cloudy light red colour with a bright crimson hue. An intense bouquet of violets, red cherries and winter strawberries floods the nostrils with some subtle dried herb, forest floor and spice notes also chiming in. Brimming with freshness the palate is vibrantly fruited with delicious crunchy red cherry, strawberry and cranberry fruits infused with fresh herbs, forest floor and spice. Vibrant acidity with polished tannins and a long lively red fruited aftertaste.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
