Brilliant water like colour with a distinct tinge of green to the outskirts. Zesty lime and green apple aromas mix with lemon, wet steel and mineral notes. Showing excellent intensity, racy lime and lemon fruits drive the mouth watering palate with some granny smith apple, wet steel and flinty mineral elements picked up on the back half. Finishes dry with crunchy acidity and a long snappy aftertaste.
