2021 Alpha Crucis Titan Shiraz

Certified organic. Impenetrable pitch in colour with a bright dark red black hue. Lifted scents of dark plum and liquorice fill the nostrils with some blueberry, light graphite, spicy vanillin cedar and fennel notes also evident. Medium to full bodied, liquorice, plum and ripe blueberry fruits drive the palate and also carry ample freshness. Subtle fennel, vanillin cedar and spicy pepper characters lie underneath. Bright finish with polished tannins and a relatively refined blue fruited aftertaste.
