Brilliant water like colour with greenish tinged edges. Top notes of lime juice and Granny Smith apple are followed by some wet steel and chalky mineral scents. Crunchy, taut and bursting with energy, lime juice and Granny Smith apple flavours are backed by a core of steely acidity. Lemon and flinty mineral characters flow onto a tightly wound yet zesty aftertaste.
