Brilliant water like colour with a faint tinge of green around the outskirts. Pronounced lime juice and granny smith apple scents are followed by lemon, wet steel and slatey mineral notes. Concentrated but tightly focused lime and green apple flavours line the palate underscored by some lemon, wet steel and flinty mineral characters. Finishes dry and very crisp with a long laser sharp aftertaste.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.

A pale quartz-green hue foretells a wine of unbridled intensity; aromas of white flowers, passionfruit and Granny Smith apple open proceedings on a palate of vibrant drive and intensity.
