2020 Zonzo Estate Shiraz

Deep dark red black shaded colour with a dark red hue. Nosing offers up aromas of plum and red liquorice followed by some earth, light vanillin cedar and spicy dried meats. Elegant and fleshy the mid weighted palate features spicy plum and red liquorice flavours over vanillin cedar, earth and subtle peppered meat characters. Refined tannins have a polished feel and lead into a supple and savoury conclusion that shows plenty of spice.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
