2020 Yering Station Pinot Noir

Matured in French oak puncheons for 11 months. Semi translucent dark red colour with black tinged edges and a light red hue. Alluring violet, red to dark cherry and anise aromas are followed by subtle forest floor, toasty cedar and spice notes. Light in body with a supple feel spicy dark cherry and strawberry fruits sit over toasty cedar, earth and dried herb characters. Velvety tannins concluding with a savoury mid length aftertaste.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
