Fruit was sourced from six different Eden Valley vineyards. A brilliant water like core is surrounded by greenish tinged edges. Spicy apricot and peach aromas mix with hints of honeysuckle and ginger. Rich, spicy and texturally luscious the palate is awash with fresh apricot and peach fruits which are underscored by notions of honeysuckle and ginger spice. Finishes with good freshness and a long textural aftertaste.
