Brilliant water like colour with very pale straw tinged edges. Intense passionfruit, ripe gooseberry and green apple scents are intermeshed with grassy herbaceous notes and a subtle flinty minerality. Zingy passionfruit, green apple and lime fruits overlay a herbaceous gooseberry back drop that has a flinty edge to it. Finishes dry with crisp acidity and a long mouth watering aftertaste.
