2020 Wild Olive Organic Shiraz

Certified organic. Midnight black dark red colour with a dark red black tinged hue. Aromas of freshly crushed blackberries and liquorice combine with vanillin confectionary and pepper notes. Rich juicy blackberry and liquorice fruits overlay toasty vanillin oak and spice. Firms up on the finish with grippy tannins and fresh acidity. Medium length aftertaste with a muscley feel.
