Dark red core with black toned edges and a red tinged hue. Sour to red cherry, dried herb, winter strawberry and earth notes greet the nostrils followed by some stalk and spice notes. Light and fresh with sour to red cherry, rhubarb and winter strawberry fruits dancing across the energetic palate. Lively acidity with dried herb, earth, stalk and spice elements sitting in the background. Elegant and savoury it finishes with good length.
