2020 Water Wheel Bin 298 Shiraz

A hefty, high octane Shiraz.

Matured for 2 years in American oak. Pitch black core with a very dark to brick red hue. Potent aniseed, black plum and toasty vanillin oak scents flood the nostrils followed by some fennel, earthy mocha and spice notes. Boasting tremendous density, concentration and a liqueur like richness, the blockbuster palate is blasted with aniseed, black cherry and black plum fruits. Toasty oak, vanillin spice and peppered earth elements form the back drop. Power packed it’s framed by robust tannins which impart a mild, grippy feel across the long, voluptuous finish that shows some serious heat.
