2020 Voyager Estate Sauvignon Blanc Semillon

A blend of 61% Sauvignon Blanc and 39% Semillon with 10% of the Semillon spending 2 months in new French oak. Brilliant water like colour with a subtle greenish tinge around the edges. Herbaceous gooseberry scents mix with grassy asparagus, pencil shavings and spice. Nicely textured, the palate features a combination of gooseberry and passionfruit flavours over herbaceous grassy characters, asparagus and spicy pencil shaving like characters. Dry crisp finish with a long refreshing aftertaste.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
