A blend of 60% Mourvedre, 30% Cinsault and 10% Grenache. Very pale salmon colour with a watery hue. Nosing emits aromas of blood orange and citrus followed by some grapefruit and stony mineral notes. Silken in its texture the palate features delicious peach, blood orange and grapefruit flavours which overlay a stony mineral back drop. Finishes dry and crisp with a long tangy aftertaste.
