A blend of 70% Semillon and 30% Sauvignon Blanc. Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of ripe gooseberry and grapefruit combine with some herbaceous grassy notes and spicy asparagus. Zippy herbaceous gooseberry, lime and grapefruit flavours overlay grassy asparagus characters and a flinty mineral infused finish. Fresh crunchy acidity with a long mouth watering aftertaste.
