2020 Triennes Rose

Triennes is a joint venture between Jacques Seysses of Domaine Dujac and Aubert de Villaine from Domaine de la Romanee-Conti and is located in the Var, to the East of Aix en Provence. It has farmed organically since 2008.
Made principally with Cinsault, it also has some Grenache, Syrah and Merlot thrown into the blend. Translucent salmon pink in colour. Aromas of peach, pomegranate and light musk intermingle with wet stone notes. Beautiful supple mouthfeel with delicious spicy peach and strawberry fruits overlaying a stony back drop. Subtle infusions of blood orange and musk also chime in on the dry brisk finish that makes for very moreish drinking over the next year.
