2020 Torbreck Harris Vineyard Grenache

Matured for 18 months in 2400 litre French oak foudre. Dense black dark purple colour with a deep dark purple hue. Intense black raspberry, black cherry and liquorice aromas intermix with dried herbs, subtle earth and spicy dried meat like notes. Plush yet firm, the decadent palate is layered with rich black raspberry, liquorice and black cherry fruits which are underpinned by a sturdy tannin structure. Notions of dried herbs, vanillin cedar and spicy pepper come through on the back half. Superb power and intensity with a very long hedonistic finish.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
