Brilliant water like colour with a greenish tinge running around the outskirts. Elevated lime juice and granny smith apple scents combine with lemon, orange rind and talc notes. Intense lemon and lime flavours are backed by bracing acidity with crunchy green apple, wet steel and flinty mineral characters ensuing. Dry racy finish with a long mouth watering aftertaste.
