2020 Tomfoolery Son of a Gun Cabernet Sauvignon Shiraz

Matured for 12 months in French and American oak. Totally opaque black dark red colour with a dark red hue. Pronounced ripe blackcurrant scents infused with bay leaf are followed by hints of red liquorice, cedary tobacco characters and spice. Rich blackcurrant, red liquorice and mulberry fruits morph into vanillin cedar, tobacco and spicy bay leaf elements. Fine grained tannins finishing elegant and savoury.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
