Brilliant water like colour with a light tinge of green around the edges. Gooseberry, green apple and lime aromas are followed by some herbaceous grassy notes. Light and refreshing, the palate has a delicate flavour profile of gooseberry, passionfruit and green apple. Finishes dry and crisp with a subtle herbaceous grassy overlay. Elegant medium length aftertaste.
