2020 Terre a Terre Crayeres Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc

Fermented in old 600 litre French oak demi-muids and aged on full lees. Brilliant very pale straw colour with a distinct glimmer of green around the outskirts and a watery hue. Intense passionfruit, lime and green apple scents jump out of the glass followed by some delicate herbaceous notes and stony mineral characters. Scrumptious and super concentrated, passionfruit, lime, tropical fruit and green apple flavours engulf the palate. Subtle herbaceous grassy and slatey mineral like characters lie underneath. Very textural and powerful it finishes long and crisp.
