Slightly cloudy dark red colour with a light red to brick red hue. The nose shows some volatile top notes along with some sour to dried cherry, brambly twig, dried herb and spice aromas. On the palate spicy dried cherry and morello cherry flavours infused with brambly dried herb characters and forest floor are framed by polished tannins and edgy acidity finishing slightly tart.
