2020 Sutton Grange Fairbank Sangiovese

Bright dark red colour with black tinged edges and a crimson red hue. Spicy red currant and red cherry scents mix with earth, fresh herbs and subtle tobacco notes. Driving the palate is a delicious combination of red currant and red cherry fruits which overlay a back drop of subtle spicy vanillin cedar, dusty earthy tobacco and dried herb characters. Crunchy like acidity with slightly grainy yet polished tannins. Savoury red fruited aftertaste.
