2020 Suavia Soave Classico - Last Stocks

The Tessari family have been growing grapes in Soave since 1887 but it wasn’t until 1982 that the decision was made to stop selling their grapes and begin producing their own wines.
Brilliant pale straw colour with a distinct glimmer of green around the edges and a watery hue. Aromas of pear and spiced apple are followed by wet stone and subtle fresh herb notes. Boasting terrific intensity along with a lovely rounded feel, delicious pear, lime and ripe apple flavours combine over a stony back drop with delicate infusions of fresh herbs also chiming in. Finishes dry with brisk acidity and a long fruity aftertaste that has a dash of spice to it.
