2020 St Johns Brook Recolte Semillon Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant pale straw in colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Pungent herbaceous gooseberry and tropical fruit aromas infused with capsicum are followed by grassy asparagus and spice notes. Intense herbaceous gooseberry and tropical fruit flavours have a back drop of grassy asparagus and spicy capsicum characters. Nicely rounded it finishes dry with crisp acidity and a lengthy herbaceous grassy aftertaste.
