A blend of 45% Tempranillo, 40% Garnacha, 8% Monastrell, 5% Bastardo and 2% Tinta Amerilla. Slightly cloudy dark red in colour with a hazy purple red hue. Spicy morello cherry and plum scents mix with hints of red liquorice, fresh herbs and earth. Light in body with sharp acidity imparting a lean feel, sour and morello cherries mix with infusions of fresh herbs and earth. Concludes short and sour.
