2020 Singlefile Great Southern Riesling

Brilliant water like colour with a faint lime green tinge around the outskirts. Greeting the nostrils are intense lime juice and granny smith apple scents followed by lemon, hints of mandarin and steely mineral notes. Racy lime juice and green apple flavours have a crunch feel over a mouth puckering lemon back drop that also sees wet steel and flinty mineral characters present. Dry austere finish with snappy acidity and a zippy lemon and lime juice driven aftertaste.
