2020 Seven Wishes Wines Love Shiraz

Matured for 24 months in predominately second hand French oak hogsheads. Deep black dark red colour with a dark brick red hue. Aniseed top notes are followed by black plum, black cherry, toasty vanillin cedar and pepper notes. The full bodied palate is generously endowed with rich aniseed and black cherry flavours which carry ample flesh. Vanillin oak, scorched earth and pepper elements lie underneath. A ripe sturdy tannin structure imparts a slightly muscular feel onto the otherwise lush conclusion.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
