Certified organic and biodynamic. Bright pale straw to straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of pear, ripe apple and honeysuckle are followed by some wet stone notes. Vibrant pear and red apple fruits carry a nicely rounded feel with some slatey mineral elements lying underneath. Finishes dry, brisk and tasty.
