2020 Settimo Podere Cabernet Sauvignon

Biodynamic. Dark red in colour with black tinged edges and a red to dark red hue. Spicy red currant and cherry scents infused with fresh herbs are followed by earthy gurkin like notes. Light to medium weight earthy red currant and cherry fruits overlay some dried herb characters on the back half. Slightly dryish fine grained tannins with a modest conclusion.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
