Brilliant pale straw colour with a subtle greenish tinged outskirts and watery hue. Scents of lime and lemon jump out of the glass with granny smith apple, orange rind, talc and minerals ensuing. Crunchy lime and citrus flavours fill the mouth with a back drop of orange rind, talc and chalky mineral characters. Dry crisp finish with a long intensely flavoured and racy aftertaste.
