2020 Schwarz Wine Co the Grower GSM

A blend of 51% Grenache, 46% Shiraz and 3% Mataro. Deep black dark red colour with a dark red hue. Fragrant dark raspberry, red liquorice and ripe cherry scents intermingle with herb du Provence, light earthy fennel and spicy pepper notes. Juicy with a plush feel the medium to full bodied palate is decorated with spicy dark raspberry, liquorice and plum fruit. Smoky vanillin cedar, dried herb and peppered earth elements lie underneath. Velvety tannins combine with a fresh, fleshy aftertaste.
