2020 Santa Sofia Soave Classico Monteforscarino

Bright pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Fresh pear and green apple aromas are followed by wet stone and citrusy herb notes. Displaying a riper profile, the palate features pear and red apple fruits over a stony back drop with subtle infusions of fresh herbs also present. Nicely rounded it finishes dry with brisk acidity and a medium length aftertaste.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
