A blend of Sangiovese and Merlot. Deep black dark red colour with a dark red hue. Emanating from the glass are appealing ripe red currant aromas which are followed by some dusty earth, dried herb and vanillin spice notes. Medium bodied the palate features fleshy red currant fruits over vanilla, dusty earth and dried herbs. Sturdy fine grained tannins with a ripe yet savoury aftertaste.
