2020 Sanguine Estate Inception Shiraz

Impenetrable inky black in colour with a very deep black dark red hue. Aromas of dark plum and liquorice infused with a mix of graphite and blackpepper are trailed by subtle smoky vanillin cedar and spicy dried herb notes. Rich seductive blackberry, liquorice and black cherry fruits caress the full bodied palate underscored by a peppery back drop of dried meats and spicy vanillin cedar characters. Excellent concentration and power with a velvety yet sturdily built tannin structure. Concludes long, peppery and opulent yet relatively refined.
Drink over the next 6-8 years.
