Saint Clair’s Wairau Reserve Sauvignon Blanc is produced from the very best batch of wine from any particular vintage.
Brilliant water like colour with a subtle tinge of green around the outskirts. Pungent passionfruit and herbaceous gooseberry scents meld into grassy asparagus like notes, zesty citrus and light flint. Dazzling the concentrated palate are spritely passionfruit and gooseberry flavours which are underscored by herbaceous grassy characters, fresh asparagus, a dash of lime and complexing flinty elements. Finishes dry and crisp with a long scrumptious aftertaste.
