Matured in seasoned French oak. Bright semi translucent red colour with a light red hue. Spicy red cherry and winter strawberry fruits are accompanied by meaty clove like notes, fresh herbs and forest floor. Light, elegantly structured and savoury, the red fruited palate is complexed by notions of smoked meats, dried herbs and spicy cedar. Finely grained tannins finishing slightly dryish with a fresh medium length aftertaste.
