2020 Rusden Ripper Creek Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon

Totally opaque black dark red colour with a dark red hue. A mix of spicy dark to black plum, liquorice and cassis like scents greet the nostrils followed by vanillin oak and fennel notes. Medium to full bodied with a soft plush feel, dark plum and liquorice fruits overlay vanillin oak, earth and spicy fennel characters. Velvet smooth tannins with a very plummy, slightly stewy aftertaste.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
