2020 Ross Hill Maya and Max Chardonnay

Fermented partially in stainless steel tanks and partially in small French oak barrels. Brilliant water like core with highlights of green around the outskirts. Lifted ripe peach and melon aromas are followed by hints of apricot and spice. Fleshy peach, ripe melon and apricot fruits overlay a subtlety honeyed back drop that also has a dash of spice to it. Well rounded texturally it finishes with good freshness and a fruit driven aftertaste.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
