2020 Rocca Soave

Brilliant water like colour with a faint tinge of green around the outskirts. Aromas of pear, lime and apple are accompanied by some fresh herb and wet stone notes. Beautifully rounded in the mouth with a slippery textural feel, the palate features pear, lime and green apple fruits over a stony  backdrop. Lively acidity finishing dry and fresh with a delicious aftertaste.
