2020 Robert Oatley Signature Series Great Southern Riesling

Brilliant water like colour with greenish tinged edges. Lime and lemon zest aromas meld into orange rind, wet steel and flinty mineral notes. Racy lemon, lime and green apple fruits are backed by razor sharp acidity that gives the wine a crunchy feel. Finishes dry and steely with a flinty mineral infused aftertaste that shows ample length.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
